Plans by the Native Village of Kotzebue to sell wind power to its local electric cooperative are on hold after the federal government slashed its grants. A Dillingham resident is trying to supply fresh greens to the region. And about 70 Southeast Alaska high school students traveled to Wrangell last month to attend Art Fest.
