The Kodiak Area Emergency Services Organization has announced three new close contact COVID-19 cases for the Kodiak Island Borough.
This brings the total case count to 954 cases in the Kodiak Island Borough since the start of the pandemic, with 52 cases classified as active locally.
There have been 39 hospitalizations to date, with one patient currently hospitalized. There have been five deaths due to COVID-19 locally since the start of the pandemic.
There are currently three sites offering Covid-19 testing in Kodiak:

Airport testing: Available only for incoming travelers and outgoing village/ remote site travelers.
