The Kodiak Area Emergency Services Organization has reported four new COVID-19 cases, including three close contact cases and one community transmission case.
This brings the total case count since the start of the pandemic on Kodiak to 1033 cases, with the total active case count locally down to 17 from 21 earlier this week.
There have been 42 hospitalizations and five deaths locally due to COVID-19; there are currently no active local hospitalizations due to the virus.
There are currently three sites offering Covid-19 testing in Kodiak:
