Online registration is now open!

Register early (by September 18th) and save a few bucks! Online registration will be open until 11:59pm on Thursday, October 8, 2015.


Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K runners are required to pre-register either online by midnight Thursday, October 8th or at KMXT by Friday, October 9th.  You must pick up your race packet at the KMXT studios at 620 Egan Way on Friday, October 9th.  We'll be here until 7pm that day. 


5K participants - avoid the crowd on Saturday and pick up your bib and shirt on Friday, October 9th at KMXT!


The races will be run on Saturday, October 10th.  The Marathon begins on Trident Way near the Rotary Park entrance.  The Half Marathon and 10K begin at 10:00 AM at the Pro Shop at Bear Valley Golf Course.  The 5K race begins at the same place at 10:30 A.M.

8:00 AM ............... Marathon start on Near Island - Trident Way near the entrance to Rotary Park

10:00 AM ............. Half Marathon and 10K start at Bear Valley Club House

10:30 AM ............. 5 K start (This time may change)

11:30 AM ............. Race-day registration for 5K participants

11:00am - 2:30 PM ....... Post-race BBQ at the Club House

1:15 PM ........... Awards Ceremony and prize drawing for participants

2014 Run the Rock Results

What a beautiful day we had for Run the Rock this year! Congratulations to all the competitors and thanks to all the family and supporters that came out to cheer them on. New course records were set in the marathon and the 5k. Congratulations to Anthony Saucier who blazed a new course record for the marathon in 3:10:02 - an amazing time. Doug Jannusch and Sean Donohue beat the second and third fastest times in the marathon with 3:21:24 and 3:35:15 respectively.


Anthony Rubina (16:42), Keith Osowski (16:49) and Jack Hannah (16:50) set the new top course records in the men's 5k, while Zoe Bigley (20:22) and Youji Seto (20:30) had the second and third best ever women's 5k times. Jayme Bethea held on to the women's record top time of 18:51, set in 2010, for another year.
