           It’s been almost a full year since the first gathering of the Rock Island Rollers, and their ranks have grown to more than 30 participants. The women come from all backgrounds and gather twice a week to practice. KMXT’s Brianna Gibbs stopped by last week’s practice and got advice for derby hopefuls along with insights and inspiration from current players.
