Kodiak's Alutiiq museum kicked off its first fall lecture series last week with a presentation by Amy Margaris, professor of Anthropology at Ohio's Oberlin College. A room full of people gathered at the museum Thursday night for her talk which was titled "Crafting Bone and Antler Tools: Insights from Archaeologists and Artisans". While digging at the community archeology site, Margaris spoke with KMXT's Diana Gish.
