            Two feet of snow followed by a couple inches of rain is, at the very least, a recipe for inconvenience. But for the city, borough and state crews responding to the consecutive storms and ensuing problems, it's a lot of extra work.

            Jay Barrett spoke with Kodiak City Manager Linda Freed Wednesday evening about the situation.
