The nominating period to run for the Kodiak Electric Association Board of Directors closed at 5 yesterday afternoon, with four men running for three seats.

Scott Arndt is challenging three incumbents: Stosh Anderson, Michael Brechan and Cliff Davidson. The three winners will serve for three years.

A candidate's forum will be held on March 31st, from 7 to 8 p.m. in the borough assembly chambers. It will be broadcast live on KMXT radio, as well as on cable TV.

Ballots will be sent to KEA members on April 2nd, and must be returned by mail. The last pick up of ballots from the post office will be at noon on April 24th, and the election results will be announced the next Monday, at the 67th Annual Membership Meeting, which will be held at 6 p.m. in the Gerald C. Wilson Auditorium.
