            Coming up this, we look westward for our fishy news. In Togiak, the only thing missing is the herring, while just around the corner there’s renewed interest in Kuskokwim Bay herring. Fishermen in Quinhagak are doing their part to preserve the might king salmon, and a small processor in Unalaska is going world-wide. It was made possible with the contributions of KDLG’s Mike Mason in Dillingham, KYUK’s Sophie Evan in Bethel and KUCB’s Stephanie Joyce in Unalaska.
