            A room full of Kodiak youth got a lesson in participatory government last night. And their active participation in the process was the key to saving Kodiak's Little League and the Girl Scouts from being axed out of the borough's budget.

            KMXT's Maggie Wall was at last night's regular meeting of the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly and has this report on the borough's annual non-profit funding:
