            Southeast Salmon Seiners have voted to buy back a number of permits, king salmon fishing should begin for gillnetters and trollers in the Stikine area starting early next week, and the downside of the foreign workers visa program. We had help from KFSK's Matt Lichtenstein in Petersburg and KMXT's Jennifer Canfield in Kodiak.
