Tuesday's
events will include a Community Café that begins at 5 p.m. with an informal
pizza dinner. From there it's designed to evolve into an open forum for
community members to have a frank and open discussion about child abuse in the
community.
The summit
resumes Wednesday morning with a series of workshops on challenges in
parenting, real experiences in childhood trauma and ways people can help the
community move forward.
Those with
questions about the summit can call KANA at 486-9800.
