           This week on KMXT's Talk Of The Rock, host This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and guests discussed the Supreme Court's decision to limit punitive damages in the Exxon Valdez case. Casey's guests this week were Mike Warner from the Seattle law firm of Keller Rohrback, LLP, which administers the Exxon Qualified Settlement Fund, Kodiak Island Borough Mayor Jerome Selby, and Deedie Pearson, a plaintiff in the case. Jerome and Deedie are also members of the Oiled Regions of Alaska Foundation board. The ORA Foundation was formed to receive and distribute donated funds for charitable purposes that benefit communities and regions that were directly impacted by the Exxon Valdez oil spill of March 1989.
