            The Kodiak High School Lady Bears struggled in the second and fourth periods in their opening round match up against the number-one seeded Juneau-Douglas Crimson Bears Monday, falling 64-to-28.

            The Lady Bears will play again at 11:30 Tuesday morning against West Valley of Fairbanks, in an elimination-round game.

 

            KSRM announcer Dan Gensel has the call at the end of the game:

            Joyce Juble led the Lady Bears with 11 points in a balanced scoring attack:
