            An unusual crime was reported on Tuesday to the Kodiak Police Department. The robbery, by an unknown thief or thieves, has caused a local family some personal anguish. Stolen from the Kodiak Cemetery was a bench, which had been installed as part of a grave site. It's described by police as a black wrought iron bench with "reddish" wooden slats.

            Kodiak Crime Stoppers is seeking information about the theft, and a reward is offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those involved in the crime.
